I’m angry at myself cause I’ve been slacking all week… I’ve only worked out once and have been eating like 💩… I really need to get back on track with my goals. I’m going starting again today with my workout routine. After the weekend I’m really going to buckel down and go back to my healthy eating.
Hate when I get drunk and ruin my diet lol oh well. Today is a new day, I’m gonna start fresh.
